1. The Gloria Jean's Coffees Loyalty Card Rewards Program is operated by Jireh International Pty Ltd and its affiliates (we,us or our). By participating in our Rewards Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
How do I join the Rewards Program?
2. To join our Rewards Program, you must first collect a Loyalty Card from a Gloria Jean's Coffees store.
3. You can earn points on eligible purchases immediately; however, to redeem points, you must register your Loyalty Card by completing and submitting the form online at https://loyalty.gloriajeanscoffees.com or in store.
4. Once you have registered your Loyalty Card, you will receive a login for an online account where you can set apassword and view your points balance and transaction history. You are responsible for all activity on youraccount, so please keep your login and password confidential.
How do I earn points?
5. By presenting your Loyalty Card at the time of purchase, you will earn points each time you purchase anybeverage at a Gloria Jean's Coffees store.
6. The number of points you earn depends on the size of the beverage you purchase. You'll find information abouthow to earn and redeem points on our website at http://www.gloriajeanscoffees.com.
How do I redeem points?
7. Before you can redeem points, you must first register your Loyalty Card – see paragraph 3 above.
8. You must present your Loyalty Card in order to redeem your points.
9. You cannot redeem or exchange your points for cash (including as part payment for any purchases at a Gloria Jean's Coffees store). You cannot sell or transfer your points to anyone.
What if I lose my Loyalty Card?
10. If your Loyalty Card is lost or stolen, you must suspend the card using your online account or notify us by either emailing us at feedback@gloriajeanscoffees.com.au or calling us on (02) 9846 0900.
11. You can ask for a replacement Loyalty Card at a Gloria Jean's Coffees store. You must log in to your online account and register your replacement Loyalty Card. Once you have done so, you must contact us either by email to feedback@gloriajeanscoffees.com.au or by telephone on (02) 9846 0900 and request that your points balance be transferred to your replacement Loyalty Card.
What else do I need to know?
12. We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Rewards Program if you don't use your Loyalty Card to earn or redeem points for 12 consecutive months,or if we believe that you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity or failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
13. We will collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can find on our website at http://www,gloriajeanscoffees.com
14. We may discontinue our Rewards Program at any time in our sole discretion with no liability to you. If we do so, we'll publish a notice on our website and/or email you to let you know.
15. We may change the Rewards Program (including the number of points allocated to each beverage and how points are earned and redeemed) and these Terms and Conditions at any time, or add new terms or conditions. If we do so, we'll publish an updated version on our website at http://www.gloriajeanscoffees.com. Your continued participation in our Rewards Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
16. These Terms and Conditions apply to our Rewards Program in Australia, and are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
