What is the eSipper Loyalty Program?

The eSipper Loyalty card rewards your loyalty with free drinks. Plus, you can also receive offers, treats, a free birthday drink and invitations to member's only competitions by joining the eSipper Club. It's simple to join, just leave the box ticked 'eSipper Club newsletter' when you register.

How do I join the eSipper Loyalty Program?

  • Pick up a free eSipper loyalty card from your local coffee house and start earning points immediately.
  • Register online (https://loyalty.gloriajeanscoffees.com) so you can start redeeming your FREE drinks!

How to I register and activate my eSipper Loyalty card?

  • Jump online and head to https://loyalty.gloriajeanscoffees.com to register.
  • Once you have registered, you will receive an activation email to verify your account. If you don't receive an activation email, please check your spam folder or drop us an email to eSipperHelp@gloriajeanscoffees.com.au
  • Alternatively, you can also complete a paper registration form in any of our coffee houses.

Can I use my eSipper Loyalty card at any Gloria Jean's coffee house?

You can use your eSipper Loyalty card at any of our coffee houses across Australia (excluding the Bracken Ridge, Dilwynnia and Coles Perth coffee houses).

How does the eSipper points system work?

How do I get my free birthday drink, offers and treats from Sippers Club?

You will automatically receive this via email, just make sure you leave the 'eSipper Club Newsletter' box ticked when registering your eSipper Loyalty card. If you have already registered and forgot to tick the box to receive the eSipper Club Newsletter, you can simply update your account after you log in.

How do I check my points balance?

You can check your points balance when you log in to your account online, or each time you scan your eSipper Loyalty card at the time of purchase as this information will be displayed.

I have lost my card, what do I do?

You will need to pick up a new card from any of our coffee houses. Once you have the new card, simply call (02) 8853 0641 or email eSipperHelp@gloriajeanscoffees.com.au and our eSipper Support Team will merge your new card onto your existing account and points balance.

I still have punches on my paper Frequent Sipper's Card, what can I do with these?

You can continue to use your paper Frequent Sipper's Card until it is completed.
